It is with great pleasure that I write this letter for Randy Whitaker.  A year ago we started the process to purchase a new home with Santa Anna Homes.  Randy inherited our credit application that was a difficult one.  There were many hurdles to overcome.  Randy continually stayed in contact with us over the months and constantly kept us up to date on what we needed to do to improve our credit and get a loan.  Randy was open and honest with us.   As we neared the last month or so, we still had several hurdles that seemed like they would be almost impossible to overcome.  Randy worked closely with Santa Anna and the lenders.  He researched the best programs out there for us.  I truly felt that Randy was concerned about our welfare, not just getting us a loan and seeing us off.  His persistence was never-ending.  So after two years of renting a home and many months of hitting the pavement, we are owners of our own home again.  We cannot express how much we appreciate what Randy has done for us.  It is such an overwhelming feeling of “Finally, we did it!”  I know that we will remain in contact with Randy.  He will definitely be our “go to guy” as we continue to improve our credit and seek refinancing opportunities in the future.  I would highly recommend him to anyone.  His honesty and integrity are important to home buyers like us.

Our entire experience with Randy and the staff from Santa Anna (Billie and Caroline) has been spectacular.  They have been there to answer our never-ending on slot of questions no matter how many times we may have asked them before.   

Thank you Randy, for not giving up on us, thank you Caroline and Billie for being there for us all the time.
